Fixed due-date notifications not firing on Android: timezone was being set to UTC instead of local time, causing all scheduled notifications to fire at the wrong time or be skipped entirely.
Fixed overdue tasks being silently dropped — tasks whose 9 AM notification time had already passed were never shown. They now fire an immediate notification when the app opens.
Added SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM and USE_EXACT_ALARM permissions to the Android manifest, required for exact-alarm scheduling on Android 12+.
